staalplaat gets their made at: http://www.sonydadc.com

it's a little bit cheaper then a 5" CD, but not much...

I think GZ media also make them: http://www.gzcd.cz/

but I don't know their price etc for it, but I get vinyl made their 
and they are certainly not the most consumer friendly company I know.
