andrew mckenzie (h3o) benefit cd?

i'm just throwing this out...i don't know how much money andrew needs 
for an operation (or, if indeed, with hep b, he can even get an 
operation)...probably more than can be raised with a cd...but you 
never know.   perhaps there is a label with good cashflow or high 
profile that would be willing to take this project on quickly, given 
andrew's timeframe (less than three months now).  i'd be very happy 
to contribute to something like this...i'm sure others would as well. 
please post ideas, suggestions, comments to the microsound list, so 
it is centralized (microsound <microsound@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>), but pass 
on the information to other lists if it seems worthwhile.
