Re: [microsound] Recording Sounds



Another thing I was wondering about ...

I think it was on here within the past couple of weeks ... but someone was
mentioning how they use some kind of special condenser mic from radio shack
that works super well at recording sound effects up close.  He mentioned
that it wasn't very expensive.  Anyone know of this mic?

Also ... I saw a pic recently of someone recording the sound of a ceiling
fan with a mic that looked like a wire connected to a flat panel.  What is
that?  Where in the hell did I see that?  Is this my life?
