[ot] free/cheap mp3 hosting?

I have been looking high and low for a free/cheap server to host a few
mp3's. All I need is a few megs of space for maybe three short mp3's, or
maybe one longer one. About 10-20 MB, maybe? Plus maybe a simple web
page (but still with interesting design) with links to the files. I
don't care if there's ads or anything, although in a perfect world, the
page would be ad-free. Anybody have any experience with this kind of
thing? Anyone host a server and can spare a few megs? I'd prefer not to
do it with mp3.com if I could avoid it. Most free web servers have a max
file upload size that precludes mp3 sites.
 
What I have in mind is a page to host a rotating array of sound files,
some by me and some by other people. It would be a small and exceedingly
humble little time-limited microsound mp3 label. So tiny it would be
almost cute, and absolutely transient, in the sense that files would
come and go all the time, sinking into the cyber-ether after their tiny
little digital lifespan had ended. It might be kind of cool if the
server had a limited bandwidth, so that after a certain number of
downloads, nothing at all would be available until the next week or
month, and even then only until the bandwidth ran out.
 
Anyways, just a thought. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions
people have.
