Yea its crazy if you just consider the level of new membership to this list 
in the last year. But the really funny thing is in one sense you need 
headphones to really enjoy a good portion of microsound, but that is such a 
blanet term. Did Taylor Dupree not coin the name microsound? But I feel what 
makes this "genra" so interesting is that people here are more open minded 
to sound as art and that can lead to new sounds becoming a bigger part of 
the mainstream. Sure hiphop propably wont credit Kim Cascone as an influence 
but he probably is.
