Ambient/Drone/Microsound/Found Sound etc. - Call for submission

StaticBeats is a well traveled and highly rated website. In the current standings we hold the top spots for webcasts in 3 different categories at Live365.com.

After many requests and a poll with over 150 votes I've decided it's time to add an Ambient station to compliment the existing IDM, Jungle and Chill webcasts. The only genre more requested than ambient was independent/unsigned talent.

So, if any of you out there are looking for more exposure here's a great way to get it. The stream is being run live and is ad-free listening. There is no monetary compensation, just the pleasure in knowing your music is being streamed to the world.

There is also nothing in it for me, StaticBeats is non-profit - my only goal is aural pleasure. See the FAQ on StaticBeats for more on that.

Please note: I would greatly prefer music on CD or CDR - It makes the ripping and encoding process much easier and means I don't have to spend week after week downloading MP3's and filling up my hard-drive.
