sogar's music is a delicate transmutation of static
and formerly "unmusical" sound layers, the sound of moving
territories gently sliding one against the other,
creating myriads of peaceful new lifeforms in the process.

s t e n g e l  is sogar's second album, following the highly praised
b a s a l, his debut release on taylor deupree's 12k label last year.
s t e n g e l  pushes the explorations further, but can we say
in an overtly more melodic vein...
