Many viruses these days just grab a random email address from a person's
address book or inbox so unfortunately it isn't as easy to track it down as
it once was. There was a time when you could simply hit "reply" and tell the
person they've sent you a virus. These days the best thing to do is just
install some anti-virus software and keep the virus definitions updated
twice a week.

Another good thing to do check the Symantec Security Response website for a
list of viruses, hoaxes, their potentially damaging payload, and how to
remove a virus from your system.
