howdy folks.  while the "dialtones - a telesymphony" thread is 
keeping me very amused, i'd like to ask if anyone has any links to 
information about making prepared cds...i.e. preparing them for 
skipping, mis-tracking, glitch-i-ness, etc.

i recall reading something about yasunao tone wherein some of his 
techniques were described, but i can't remember where for the life of 
me.
