An example of perisonics ("dangerous sound").  Even at
lower volumes, the intense shriek is constantly
interrupted, cut, and sabotaged while trying to reach
some destination of peace, causing an instinctual
psychological wince.  Then, here and there, it splits
into a bright chord, brief, sad cries, only to fall
back into vicious inscription into the air.  It
finally sputters to ignomious cut out.
