it's david kenny, sound engineer with current 93 and nurse with wound.
though it's not clear if he uses the "real" instrument or simply deals with
the tonal phenomena associated with it.

MAX EASTLEY/DAVID TOOP
"New and Rediscovered Musical Instruments" (Obscure/Virgin)

actually a split album. eastley uses instruments solicited by wind and
water (aeolian bows, centriphone, elastic aerophone, hydrophone,
metallophone).
