lowercasesound 2002 compilation

hello
i've just received my copy of the new lowercasesound compilation. its a great collection of quiet music by 33 different artist and brought several new discoveries to my livingroom, people i only knew by name and others i've never heard of so far.
the two cds come in a cardboard box which nicely reflects the two different subjects of disc#1/ recordings of physical material and disc#2 /electronic and purely digital pieces with its partly handcrafted design showing the waveform of each composition along with more or less extensive words by the composers.

following the suggestions in josh russels linernotes to adjust the all over volume for the 2 cds according to the first piece i was surprised how loud lowercase music has to be listened to*

lcs2002 is a beautiful invitation to listen closely

ps
please note -

the pieces by akira rabelais and myself have been accidentially interchanged with each other on the cds, so where the playlist says akira is playing (disc#2, track 4) you'll hear my piece "flake" instead and vice versa (akiras "disjectimembrapoetaeeatelich" is track 5 on disk#2 ! )
after noticing this i was especially happy with the reproduced waveforms so i could make sure i hear what i see*
