Whats also interesting, if you've ever hooked up the program
with the led glasses; or use a unit such as David, Orion, etc. In side the glasses; lights flash to the same binaural beats to what ever program you choose. With those in sync together your brain follows whatever the pattern may be, bringing you to the different state of mind, Alpha, Beta, Delta & Theta.
