Like noise cancellation headphones, but tweaked to alter the environmental 
sound rather than fully cancel it?? Could be very confusing/disorientating. 
Not one for heavy machinery operators :)

Swimming pool noise is a favourite of mine. I wonder if an online stream of 
swimming pool noise actually exists ??
