It's funny but there was a guy on CSound list saying the following:

I wouldn't be surprised if this was completely a ripoff,
the piece was played on Dutch radio... famous on
MP3.COM... I stretched it and manipulated it
musically with filters and Csound phase-shifting
and reverbs...

I wasn't even going to bother with this but since there's more fuss about this than it's really worth it, maybe this will provide a little more fuel to the discussion on the 'art of stretching' and shed some light on alternatives.
