yo, donations are fine if you can pay it by credit card. though of course,
if you're canadian, you can always send a check. we don't have a paypal
account, amazingly perhaps. but if you want to take the credit card route,
just write me directly & we'll arrange this.

electrocd.com has a lot of musique concrete, though most of it is
contemporary... of course, you can never go wrong with francis dhomont if
you want "classic concrete". his _sous le regard d'un soleil noir_ is an
ina-GRM classic. there are 4 other CDs available of him on our catalogue,
all recommended. another favourite (of keith fullerton whitman, among
others, who raves on & on about this CD on his website...) is the micheline
coulombe saint-marcoux anthology, covering all of her acousmatic work. i'm
also very partial to the recent denis smalley & jonty harrison CDs, both of
which feature some choice 'classic' (1970-1985) pieces, as well as newer
ones, also very good... it depends on your tastes! we've also got some
audio samples so you can get an idea before you buy... & for those who
would like to get the complete no type experience--why not get our recent
compilation 2CD _the freest of radicals_? it's chock full of
surprises... but enough of me sounding like a bad salesperson, thanks!!@# :)

all this to say, if you've been enjoying no type MP3s but can't contribute
for any reason, it's okay--don't feel bad about it. but if you feel like
helping, then rest assured that we will put the money to very good
use. anyway, the response has been very good so far; it should be a matter
of days, if not hours... thanks for all the support we've received so far,
it's heartwarming to say the least...

have a nice day
