wonderful idea , I am sure there are people on the list
who know things about knocking out grants, sponsorships, etc.
at least judging by the amount of festivals announced here.
I personally feel quite helpless when I think of organizing such a thing
here in Israel, even though I know it's possible with the right connections,
as there's
a digital video festival happening right now, organized by people I
distantly know.
