Yes, the sooner you accept it and integrate it, the more it will become
transparent. At the time, and this must have been 10 years ago, I began
seeing a healer that used acupuncture to lessen the effect. It is difficult
to tell if this had a perceived or merely psychological effect, but either
way it was he that helped me to accept it in the end. I have heard also that
Gingko can help, but I have never taken it reliably enough to confirm this.
