I haven't verified this in much detail, but seems interesting..

If you purchased any recorded music between 1995 and 2000,=20
you may be eligible for a refund of $5 to $20 as the result
 of a class action lawsuit against the music industry for=20
artificially keeping prices high.  Click on the link below=20
to submit your claim electronically.  If too many people
file claims, there  won't be any cash payout, but in any=20
event the music industry has agreed to give free recordings
to non-profit groups,
