Please add to the quiz:

iii) I am really disappointed that no one knows _not to feed the trolls_

IV) Knowing that this type of entropy is known to occur  on every 
significantly large, unmoderated mailing list, I am most disappointed 
in the state of humanity in general.

Don't feed the trolls. Surf the list until it dies then start/find 
another one/wait out the bad spell.
