yes I was...although I do not condone violence or war for any reason (except
in self-defense when all else fails) and I'm sure there is a lot of
propaganda around america's role in WWII I will go out on a limb here and
say that had america *not* been involved that europe would be a very
different place today...I will also say that it was america that carried out
the post-war union busting under the title of the Marshall Plan as a way to
thwart the development of socialism in europe...
