IMPORTANT CAVEAT:

I have a Digi 001 system. Pro Tools LE 6.0 and RTAS plug-ins run 
fine, but other applications are unable to use the Digi hardware 
because there is no Core Audio driver. Digi tech support claims this 
will be available end of Q1.

Other interface hardware does work with OS X, but I have no direct 
experience with these.
