Hotlist server info

Folks,

I'd like to submit my PI piece, but I haven't logged on to the Hotlist
Server in almost two years.  Kim renewed my account and password recently,
but can anyone else also answer the two (hopefully obvious) following
questions?

1.  At what URL can I find the Hotlist client software for Windows XP?
2.  Once I have the hotlist client running, what is the "hotlist address" 
of the microsound server?

I know that these topics have come up on the list before, but I can't 
how-to FAQs archived anywhere at http://www.microsound.org.  Perhaps they 
should be??
