Grahm,
i liked your response alot. 
i've been thinking along those trains myself lately, especially the stuff
about games and play and hybridity (is that a word?) 
also, relating it to linguistics, if that makes sense, like, stimulating
the growth micro-pidgins. 
i definitely have a bit of the carnival aesthetic going on in my thought
processes, trying to figure out how to let it manifest better in my work.
not so easy since i am very new to the music games (artistic background is
sculpture and painting). 

also liked your idea for the single pixel t-shirt, although i think i would
like it as a tattoo for myself.
