Some news of Native Instruments I found:

The second generation of ABSYNTH has been enhanced and improved in every dimension, from synthesis and sound design to compatibility and integration. Major new developments include the integrated sampling and granular sampling, even more advanced envelope control, much improved VST integration and OS X compatibility
