CONTEXT RELEASE NEWS:

-Context 11 (Twerk's Motala EP) has already sold out of its first vinyl 
pressing. The CD version will be released later this month. Thanks to 
everyone for supporting the cause!

-Some rather large changes are being made to the production and 
distribution infrastructure of Context Free Media. Once our team of experts 
has decided on the most prudent path to follow, we will be offering a 
massive wad of releases from a patiently waiting batch of new and used 
artists. Stay tuned!

RELATED RELEASE NEWS:

-The legendary Soul Jazz label (http://www.souljazzrecords.co.uk) has 
started up a new electronic sublabel called 'Micro-Solutions for 
Mega-Problems". The label kicked off last month with a 12" by Kit Clayton 
and will follow this month with a four track EP by Sutekh. 

-Onitor Records (http://www.onitor.de) will be releasing a double 12" of 
Pigeon Funk remixes, including rotten eggs from Ark (France/Perlon, etc.), 
Wobbly (USA/Tigerbeat, etc.), and Joachim Spieth (Germany/Kompakt), 
plus other stinky surprises! And don't forget to play the Pigeon Funk video 
game on the Onitor website (click "Künstler, then "Safety Scissors and 
Sutekh").

-Word has it the Electric Pants EP on Proptronix 
(http://www.proptronix.com) is nearing release! The record features Safety 
Scissors, Sutekh, Kit Clayton, and Jake Mandell each wearing different 
colors of electrified trousers.

-Sutekh will contribute to upcoming compilations on Stewart Walker's 
Persona label (http://www.personarecords.com) and Portable's Sud label.

-Sutekh has remixed Chicago's T.V. Pow for an upcoming mammoth box 
set for Bottrop Boy records (http://www.bottrop-boy.com, 
http://www.tvpow.net).

-Sutekh will contribute a 10-15 minute sound piece for this year's 
travelling "Audiolab" installation, curated by Jean-Yves Leloup in Paris

-Paris-based o.lamm will collaborate with Sutekh for an upcoming 
12-inch on the excellent (and highly underrated) Active Suspension label 
out of France (http://www.activesuspension.org/).

-New albums by Twerk and Safety Scissors are on the way for Mille 
Plateaux and Plug Research, respectively. Stay tuned for details...
