i second the allport : olive recomendation!

allport and olive are great.  some of the most minimal
music i've ever heard.  i have both of their 3" discs
and olive's solo guitar work.  i set up a show for
them too in saskatoon (ca).  i highly recomend them to
anyone, especially live, they work their instruments
like crqazy, playing them with tuning forks, coffee
cups, string, mallets, and even running magnetic tape
over guitar pickups.  super good.  i rarely hear music
of this sort done on "live" instruments, the sounds
have a completely different and really organic feel.
