31 bytes per second and falling

Am I the only one having trouble with appallingly slow download speeds
on the hotline server? Yep, that's 31 bytes per second, not Kbytes. Now
it's at 22. And that's with 2 users online.

Could someone be so kind as to upload a reasonably good mp3 version of
the file or, even better, the cd-quality aiff to a web/ftp server
somewhere? TIA.
