Samplitude can import AVI files, not sure about quicktime; it shows you
the video frames in a seperate track alongside your (multitrack) audio.
When you zoom in (time domain) you can get down to the single frame of
video resolution for synching.

I believe there is a free fully-functional demo up at www.samplitude.com.
It's PC-only.
