Anyone use a Mac with RoadRunner cable modem service?

I've run it on an older box with an older system for over a year. Now I'm
having horrible TCP-IP problems with my new Mac on a new system.
I'ver researched and found it to be a very common problem.Anyone recommend
any software patches for this? I've heard there are some.
