Although its a bit personal [I work for this festival], I'd like to 
point out Impakt, in Utrecht, thr Netherlands, from June 3-9. Primarily 
a video festival, but also with a music program [curated in part by me]....

The theme for the music program is Blatant Plagiarism, and we will invite:

John Oswald [lecture/presentation]
Evolution Control Committee [lecture/performance]
Tim Hecker [performance]
--plus another bootleg DJ, yet to be announced--
