I don't know if it's still a problem for you but here's my two cents.

When I'm stuck I do excercises basicaly.  Kind of like improv theater.  No
rules, no vision just make some noise.  Go crazy, do extreme things that
you would normally not do.  Most likely you won't like the finished
product but the point is to just loosen up. I've discovered some new
techniques that way too.
