PDT == GMT - 7 [i think ...]
according to the headers in your mail message, your are in GMT - 3 [i'm
not sure this is accurate though ...]. and the math is a little cleaner
if we use a 24 hour clock.

14 PST + 7 = 21 GMT
21 GMT - 3 = 18 your time zone

PDT = 'pacific daylight savings time'
GMT = 'greenwich mean time'
