AW: [microsound] Asmus Tietchens
hi there,
i'd recommend picking up tietchens most recent release 7 stuecke, which is a
collaboration with american drummer jon mueller. the cd is available from,
urgh, me :-)
seriously, other good starting points are the series of sine wave and white
noise manipulations on ritornell which feature a more elegant and styled out
sound design than teh aforementioned collaboration. also, always good are
tietchens' ciollaborations with arcane device.
for more ifno please check out http://www.tietchens.de
p.s.: for his own work tietchens strongly rejects the term 'drone'
best,
