He's got a link up to the Reed Ghazalla's (i know I butchered that name in 
my spelling...my aps) site. Which is where I first heard of circuit 
bending....and their instruments share a similar aesthetic ( ie..still in 
their original shells and painted with wild colors). Actually I'd suggest 
the linked site...it has an intro to circuit bending and since reading I 
have worked on my own 505 (cost just a few bucks at a pawn shop)...there 
actually pretty easy to get some wacky sounds out of by just bridging the 
pins on the chips..which is pretty easy to do by soldering two stick pins to 
the end of copper wires.

Anyways it's fun, lo-tek, and gets you staring at something other than a 
monitor (which can be good for a change)
