lisbon info? was RE: releases please

For the record, another vote in favor of microsound self-promotional
propaganda:  today, catching up on old email, I found out about the
Superfici Sonore festival in Florence, which is taking place a tomato's
throw away from where I bought my vegetables this morning.  Not that I'm
suggesting any connection between the festival and throwing tomatoes --
unless contact mic'd, of course.

So why not push my luck:  I'll be in Lisbon from July 1 to August 15, so I
wanted to ask for the usual recommendations etc etc.  Also, any ideas on
hooking up my laptop to the internet?  I haven't found an internet cafe that
lets you do that....
