book club and troubles

folks:

I'm not able to log onto my hotmail account. I've had some periodic problem, 
as well as emailing the list thanks to MSN server policies. I'm trying to work 
through it, but I need to drop a note regarding the book club, a discussion of 
Chapter 2 in _Microsound_.

The book club is scheduled to start today, 2pm Pacific Standard Time. I hope 
that I'm able to log on and so serve to moderate the session as planned. If 
for some reason I don't show, I leave it up to you to decided whether you'd 
like to carry on or postpone Chapter 2 for next time through. If you carry on, 
would someone please archive the chat by periodically copying and pasting into 
an open text editor. I recommend not waiting until after the discussion to try 
to archive the whole chat.
