Direct Sound headphones

Hi all

I am looking for headphones that can cut out external ambience, like TV =
s,and people chatting.

I also want the headphones to me comfortable ( I spend roughly 8 hrs a =
day with headphones on)

And most important to have a great sound.

I have seen these

but never really trust reviews when they mention how great the mp3s =
sound!
