harp and voice and really something at that.

its funny because during the show I realized that I
actually knew her and played some little musics (not
micro nessecarily though) with her some years ago at
mills college

she also plays harp on this record called "Nervous
Cop' which is a really wierd post-production piece
mixed by Greg Saunier who is the drummer of deerhoof
and consisting of Zack who plays drums in hella, greg
and Johanna

on a side note, and off-topic, the current revival of
"folk" music in the bay area (and espiecially in the
east bay I have been told, by those in that 'scene')
is really silly.  for people who hold some sort of
cultural authenticity so dear to be behaving in a way
so obviously disingenuous is like british television
or something.  it's post-ironic.  I'd rather be at
computer music shows, but certainly not the san
francisco electronic music festival that was going on
this past week, as it largely SUCKED.

okay
sorry if I sound negative.  I went to two of those
shows for total of $20 and spent 75% of my time there
wishing I was at home with my plants.

allright.  better music tomorrow!
