Re :music in Mexico City

to phil and all heading south....
for sound and art in ole mexico...
check out...
--ex-teresa museo (contemporary museum - they do "ruido" -a sound
festival run by manuel rocha iturbide - who knows mexico sonica and
events galore)
--la panaderia (gallery / event space run by joshua okon and miguel
calderon - last time i checked)
--gustavo artigas (artist / curator?) might also know something about
happenings.

besides that check out 33 for a real spicy artsy experience ("best"
transvestite bar south of the rio grande)...
wink wink. oh and this great place with cheap deee-licious escargot,
where was that?

just had a major HD crash-o-li, so you'll have to surf for the contact
info of above mentioned ppl and places...sorry.

by the way, note to all...
if you know me or i know you, chances are i lost your email contact in
the fire of 1912,
so i would appreciate it if you could contact me and drop me your
current email address.
