R: [microsound] PD for dummies

I only found a doc I think by Eoin Brazil, but really minimal.
Replying to a mail I sent, the community (which surely is really kind)
seemed not to consider it as a priority.

I have given up on Cycling 74 and a Max PC version....

I have PD installed about a year ago and got into it , but would love to
know if there is a beginners Dummies type PD book, online info....
