That doesn't mean it's dead, that means "try again in an hour."

I didn't know geocities had instituted those idiotic bandwidth limits (the 
reason I stopped using homestead for pages, then the reason I stopped using 
tripod for pages... now it looks like I'll be yanking all the extra stuff off 
geocities, too...)
