filenames (redux)

let's see if Eloy has any problems with this batch before we get our
knickers in a twist...I do know that in the past he has had some trouble
with longer filenames...there was no empirical data gathered in formulating
the 12+3 rule...
so, let's say from now on let's stick to 12 chars + 3 char suffix for all
microsound server filenames...OK?
so to recap: name your folder your project name and the filename should only
contain the title of the piece...
***you should always add ID3 tags to your mp3 files with composer name,
title, year, genre, etc before uploading them to the server
