hum...
it's hard to talk about "sound" waves in such environment.
It is more correct to talk of periodic (I assume) pressure changes of 
interstellar gas.
By calculating the frequency of the wave (using middle C and not B flat) 
wich is: 0.000015258 Hz we can obtain the wavelenght of this monster sub  
(assuming that the gas has the same density of air - wich is prpbably wrong 
-) is about 25 millions of Km  !!
Could be fun to know the pressure in Pascals and find the Decibells with:
20 log (p/20*10^-6)

anyway the gas density is crucial for any calculation involving speed of 
sound and wavelenghts

Sound is a type of longitudinal, mechanical wave. They need a medium to 
propagate and will not travel through a vacuum..
