[OT] cd mastering problems

hi

i'm trying to put some music [soundcityfuture] on cd and it copies, but
when i play it on some cd players, there's a point where the signal
shuts down the player. in other words, there's a part of the music, and
then after that- it's history; the player gets confused, spins for a
while, then stops.

the part has some electronic 'clicks' and stuff [this being microsound],
the ones in this section sound like something turning on or off, a
mini-power-surge.

what i need is to know how to treat the sound in order to make it not
turn off the cd player [as if i needed more help in that way ...]. i
don't think it's amplitude- it's not clipping.

all suggestions welcome.
