An exercise in opensource culture, with media workshops, community reporting, 
international telharmonic jams, and more technology-fueled communications.

My own program will construct an imaginary landscape for hallucinated 
identities, a Pharmakopolis of media drugs and sonic tinctures to alter your 
local ambience. The current mission of the pHarmanaut is to divert the 
American media infrastructure from its present roadmap to manufactured 
similitude through a hyperconsciousness-expanding program devoted to the 
recycling of composted media content. "Pharmakogeographical Surveying" is a 
product of Pharmakopolis Broadcasting Services, the webcasting branch of the 
Bureau of Pharmakogeographical Surveying, an office of the US Dept. of Art and 
Technology.
