RE: [microsound] mac record
I've been using WireTap, but it often fails when recording long files...
there's a few people who've seen this and reported it in the forums on the
WireTap site...
What I'd prefer is to be able to reroute the audio to a virtual source, from
which I could record using another app (Logic, Max, Live etc.)

there is also wiretap. it's very simple but free and hasn't caused any
problems on my system like audio hijack has.
