this list could create what happens in the friend network - communication 
about where to play , what to expect from both the venue and the organizer / 
promotor .

i do see where not only the professional musician would benefit from a list 
like this , as some people keep day jobs to help the "career " along .  as 
well as , many musicians / artists are humble people who would
like to tour or just create a performance while traveling to a new city / 
country and a list like this could lend some ideas as who to ask in those 
places without emailing lists for help.
