Kim- The list would be of value but please reconsider this rule: 

- "people who make their living doing this"- 

My collaborator, Reznic9, and I utilize laptop in live
performance/improv and play out as often as possible, but both must work
day-jobs to supplement the very little $ made from our uncompromising
music.  It's very difficult in the area of experimental soundmaking to
actually make a decent living, or even the expenses to keep together a
modest home studio-  unless you play beats...
