Hi all sorry for off topic=20

I need advice I have put in an order for Stan Berkhage and Brothers Quay =
DVDs at Planet DVD,,,this was a month and 10 days ago, I have emailed =
them 4 times to find out what is happening, but they will not reply, I =
find this to be appalling customer service, has anyone else here had a =
bad time with them?
